2025 Studio K Dance Audition Form

Auditions are held on May 9th, 2025 at The Studio. A mandatory parent meeting for all new and returning parents will begin at 4:30pm. The $35 audition fee and signed contracts must be submitted at the start of the audition or your dancer may not participate.

Please complete the form below for your dancer

Your dancer will need to bring:

8x10 headshot

All dance shoes

Water bottle

Your dancer must wear:

Leotard and tights (girls)

Shirt and dance pants (boys)

Female dancer's hair must be in a bun

Mini Audition (Ages 5-8)- 5:00pm-5:45pm

All other dancers- 5:45pm-8:00pm
